Document Permissions

Steps

1. Set permissions on a document for a specific contact/email
2. Verify access enforcement

Verify (6 checks)

• Can assign permission levels: view, comment, download
• Can grant "canShare" permission (allow the recipient to re-share)
• Can set permission expiration dates
• Permission is enforced — users without permission cannot access the document
• Can revoke a permission
• Permission list shows: email, permission level, granted by, granted date
