Steps

1. Create a new data room
2. Add documents to the data room
3. Manage access

Verify (8 checks)

• Can create a data room with: name, description
• Can add existing documents to the data room
• Can set the sort order of documents
• Can remove documents from the data room
• Can require NDA for data room access
• Can set a password for the data room
• Data room invitation with access levels (view/download) works
• Invitation tokens are unique and can be expired

Steps

1. Open a data room detail page
2. Invite an external user by email
3. View the invitation list
4. Resend and revoke invitations

Verify (10 checks)

• Invite form accepts email address and optional name
• Access level selector shows options: view, download
• Invitation appears in the invitations list with status "Pending"
• Unique invitation token is generated for each invite
• Can resend an invitation email
• Can revoke/remove an invited user
• Invited user can access the data room via their invitation link
• After accepting, invitation status changes to "Accepted" with timestamp
• Expired invitations show appropriate error when accessed
• Access level is enforced (view-only users cannot download)
