Steps

1. Navigate to Settings > Branding
2. Upload a logo
3. Set custom colors
4. View a shared document to confirm branding

Verify (11 checks)

• Branding settings page loads with current workspace data
• Can upload a logo (PNG, JPG, SVG, max 2MB)
• Logo preview displays after upload
• Can remove an uploaded logo
• Company Name field is editable
• Primary Color picker works (hex input and visual picker)
• Accent Color picker works (optional)
• Live preview section shows branded header with logo and colors
• Branded colors appear on shared document pages
• Save button persists all branding changes
• Branding carries over to share link viewer experience

Steps

2. Update profile information
3. Save changes

Verify (6 checks)

• Settings page loads with current user data pre-filled
• Can update display name
• Can update profile image (if supported)
• Save button persists changes
• Changes reflect immediately in the user menu
• Settings sidebar navigation works correctly
